My AI Worker didn't post — what now?
If a Worker didn't complete an action, run through this checklist:
- Are you logged in? Open the platform in your browser and confirm you're signed in to the right account. Sessions sometimes expire.
- Is the extension connected? Click the TrafficOS AI extension and check for the green connected status. Log in again if needed.
- Did you keep the browser open? Your Workers run in your browser, so the tab needs to stay open while a campaign is active.
- Close your browser developer tools. If you have the developer console open, close it and try again.
- Try one action first. Run a single small action to confirm things are working before scaling back up.
